"Quick let's put the focus on disabled people having cars so that we can push the benefits cuts through the back door and create rhetoric to go even further next year".

This is what they're doing. It's sickening.

The reason why protest is essential to political change is that only when people *see* the scale of discontent do they realise they are not alone, and that the tide can turn.

I believe that's the rule.
My dad was in a supermarket near the Yorkshire-Nottinghamshire border the other day and a woman said to him, "Hey, LAD, reach me two of them pies down, would yer? A chicken & a beef."
He said he was 75 so wasn't technically much of a lad any more. "Yeah, but I'm 85," she said. "So yer a lad to me."

🚨 NEWS: The government’s own survey shows 4.7m people in disabled households are facing hunger, including 1.6m children.

Yet just yesterday, the UK government chose to slash disability payments.

This is appalling.

FYI: PIP (Personal Independence Payments) is not an out-of-work benefit.

It exists to help people pay for the extra costs that come with disability.

Cutting disability benefits won’t help people who are already working, and it won’t help people back into work.
