I still he's still a bit miscast as THE on-ball perimeter defender in many lineups. His real defensive talents are off-ball. Not surprisingly, the Mikal/Deuce lineup numbers are awesome.

This serves 2 purposes for #Knicks:
1. Make it seem like they’re doing an exhaustive search before making the hire they want (Bryant).
2. Appeasing JB (Kidd) & KAT (Finch) by making it seem like they tried their best to get their guys.
