This is not funny at all but I’m toggling the police scanner between MWAA and Fairfax county. Fairfax is assisting in search and rescue but there’s also a nude man screaming at cars outside a restaurant elsewhere

We’ve been on the phone with multiple agencies/orgs. They’ve been completely cut off from federal money. We’re talking housing, homeless services, public safety, etc.
