my lipid panel results are in and my shit is still fucked up. i'm on 2 meds for my triglycerides already like what the absolute fuck. my LDL jumped up significantly from my last lipid panel earlier this year too. i'm pretty sure i'm going to get put on a statin. this is a fucking nightmare.

I’m hyped for Dahlia though. Her initial splash art gave me pause, but her battle animations are fucking sick. Also I love super break because I’m Firefly pilled. And I’m also here for the beef between Black Swan and Dahlia lmao.

From a sales standpoint, Cyrene’s personality just seemed like “I’m a waifu, here to have your babies, Caelus”. But the last part of the Amphoreus arc actually fleshed out her character and she has become one of my faves for sure.

ah Amphoreus is the longest arc. It has 8 sections and Penacony had 5 sections.

I had to add 17 diagnoses, delete 3 procedures, and add 1 procedure on my last chart of the day. The score card said that the coder had like an 88% error rate on the chart. This is who is sending claims to your insurance companies btw. This is why your bills are always fucked up.
