you know... I'm a little surprised metaphor got in over helldivers, but I'd say that's a pretty pleasant surprise. While I like Helldivers, it did have a pretty rocky year and yeah astro bot was definitely the better sony game of the two, so this goty isn't terrible?

Y'all I respect shadow of the erdtree and it's amazing from everything I've seen but there's just no way in my mind it could ever genuinely be game of the year. Like... that requires being a full game in my mind 💀. hope TGA reconsiders but... i mean TGA sucks anyway so they won't 😭.

i checked twitter again today and, while I'm not one to get all political, dear god it feels like the amount of elon musk fans appearing has nearly tripled. It's 100% just that the people who aren't that are all leaving, but damn the site is getting less and less usable by the day.
