Settings > Home Feed Tuner > then scroll all the way right to Gen AI Interests. You'll see lots of radio buttons, so just turn them all off.
Not sure how well this works so far, but so much slop there the past year!

For my fellow Pinterest users, you can now begin to filter GenAI results - go to:
Settings > Home Feed Tuner > then scroll all the way right to Gen AI Interests. You'll see lots of radio buttons, so just turn them all off.

When I want players to sympathize with a villain, but still hate them, I use M-A-D:
