Just read that mythology and folklore is overdone and I have to disagree, probably because it is what I do, but I don't think it is. There are so many tales out there to be told and new audiences to reach. #mythology #folklore #storytelling

Unsolicited writing advice, no.333:
If your writing is getting too narrative-heavy, break it up with dialogue. This lightens the narraive, introduces variety and gives the reader chance to assimilate what they've read. It doesn't have to be much; just a short interchange every few pages will do.

I had a go at self publishing for a short children's story to see how it went compared to my book with an indie publisher. This is a story based on a horse I owned for many years, Minstrel. Available from Amazon at the moment but will be through my website as well in time #booksky #writercommunity
