Flow Water Advocates has filed a brief with the Michigan Supreme Court challenging the permit for Enbridge’s proposed Line 5 tunnel under the Straits of Mackinac. They argue the Michigan Public Service Commission failed to uphold its public trust duties to protect Great Lakes waters.
