If Abrego Garcia is a member of MS-13, then why are they paying him for his services?

If Abrego Garcia is a member of MS-13, then why are they paying him for his services?

It's all based on one cooperating witness, CC-1, the owner of the vehicle A.G. was driving in TN, who has been given limited immunity. The MS-13 accusations are because CC-1 says MS-13 members they smuggled wouldn't pay CC-2 but would pay A.G. and "generally treated [him] with respect."
