I am becoming an increasingly bitter, angry and combative person that snaps at people and I don't like it. It's not their fault I can't disconnect from the horrible shit going on. A lot of people are in the dark because this shit is designed to keep people in the dark.

Honestly, I trully believe we're gonna start seeing people blow up or attempt to blow up data centers in the same way that you see people do that with pipelines. This isn't an endorsement of such action, just think it's gonna happen at some point.
the more you learn about ai and the business behind it and truly how horribly ai mega datacenters are for the environment and are destroying the communities they’re in it makes you want to return to living in a cave

The trip has been a bit of a nightmare. My phone got stolen at pride and navigating the city has been a nightmare without it and my sleeping meds are missing so I haven't really slept. I guess I am getting the full Toronto experience.

in aquarium news, I have almost all the (honsetly, expensive) equipment and plants I need for my aquascape. I'm receiving the surface skimmer soon as well as the soil, all that will be left is the co2 injection system which is unfortunately the most expensive part of the setup.
