Beautiful today with warm Santa Ana winds. Southern California dream weather. Lots of families out and about. Kids were running in and out of the water. I envy them. Able to be joyful and present in the moment. I'm in misery from my thoughts most of the time.Exhausted, trying to change and failing

There was a time. Most of my life actually when I did not have a cell phone or a computer or the internet. It was a better time. I'm not able to really remember it clearly though. I'm sitting at my desktop now. What did I do then? Played guitar, read books. My mind must have been different then...
