@norfolkmoths.bsky.social this beauty or its lookalike keeps appearing indoors despite my finding a nice protective but free place for it to spend the cooler weather outdoors. What kind of place should it be ideally as I don't want it to become trapped or eaten or battered by the weather, please?

It was found this morning, somewhat camouflaged on this tray on my windowsill near the spot outdoors where I'd given him a refuge two days ago. I'd later left window ajar so it could be same guy/gal. It's not got much energy or inclination to move on this cool day.
