So y’all know I work in HR right? Tell me why I got this man hired, perfect interview, great candidate. He got fired cause they caught him smoking CRACK in the bathroom y’all!! Had the whole bathroom stanking! I’ll NEVER refer someone ever again! Got my job thinking I’m just cool with crackheads 😭😭
