I shall probably be awake at 12 for the new year in UK but too old to stay up for it. So I wish you all the very best for 2025 and all you wish yourself. This year in May, all being well,I shall see my 90th birthday. I guess that is young seeing there are so many 100 year olds around these days.

An extra painful day with a flare up of my Rheumatoid Arthritis. But that is the nature of the disease. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow and even better for Christmas Day.

I had checkup for heart and lung and it seems for being 90 next May I am not doing too badly. Some CTs to check things but basically he said I still seen to have my marbles 😆

Hallo beautiful followers, my life is that of an 89 year old, and I mostly look at the world though my iPad. A very changed world from my youth. I was in the UK WRAF in teens as a physical training instructress so feel lost now I cannot walk far. But thankfully my brain still works! No Dementia.
