Since it's clear I don't own anything digital I buy, it's time to go back to physical media. For my birthday, I've bought a "dumb" 6-in-1 record player combo and I'm replacing my old physical collection. I'll rip copies to my own computer and burn them to physical media if I have to.

If you use GMail, AI (Gemini) was turned on yesterday by default and now scans all of your content for machine learning. To turn off, go to Settings>General and scroll down. Uncheck the box for "Smart features."
There's other "Smart" add-ons as well, but that's the one that reads your content.
