Whelp, finally played Returnal. I really liked it, but I may buy the dlc to play for hi-scores. I'm invested in the world and story, but its own Roguelike nature is getting in the way of that. But I LIKE playing it, so I may JUST play for the Endless Tower mode/dlc and free myself from the story.

Longer development times on modern consoles meant a lot of Square's FF time was spent on FF15; but it was an anticipated and high-quality remake that'd serve as their swan song for the PS4. #FF7 Remake brings us to a Top 5! ☄️ (Sorry not sorry: Hard Mode IS the way to play).

Star Ocean: The Second Story R has a very simple button-mashy combat system that really thrives trhough the MvC-style assist that can turn every battle into a fun, insane cacophony of particle explosions.

I've never played Control, or any Alan Wake game, but I'm interested in Control Resonant just for the gameplay. Incidentally, I don't know why, but something about it reads to me "its Scarlet Nexus for people who wont play anime".

I have so many memories from it and have met lots of amazing people from being into it. 👑🗝
