Was getting a bit discouraged when my insurance kept getting denied for therapy. Turns out they use AI for verification. Once I got through to a human, it got accepted.

Some facts about Depression
Depression Leaves You exhausted no matter how much you sleep. Makes you lose interest in things you love and makes everything feel impossible. Makes you feel sadness, shame, helplessness, pain and then makes you believe it is your fault. Convinces you that people you love have forgotten you. Can make you think uncontrollably about ending it all. Isn't your fault and does not make you unworthy of the love you deserve.
