A lavender water lily sits quietly soaking up the morning sun. Accompanied by Poem by Mark Heathcote titled "White Water Lily". I couldn't evade sleeping beneath the moon watching her surface petals awake into bloom white with a pinkish tinge in circular floating. I, an orange-gold koi carp, came nudging, kissing arms dark green leaves wrapped around her- lily-white face, setting like the sun burning, myrrh.

A pink morning glory looked at the lens of my camera. Its petals crisp its center blurred. Ourinsides are always a blur. Accompanied by a poem by Charles Bukowski titled "Love is a Dog from Hell" "there is a loneliness in this world so great that you can see it in the slow movement of the hands of a clock. people so tired mutilated either by love or no love. people just are not good to each other one on one. the rich are not good to the rich the poor are not good to the poor. we are afraid. our educational system tells us that we can all be big-ass winners. it hasn't told us about the gutters or the suicides. or the terror of one person aching in one place alone untouched unspoken to watering a plant.

A winding and warped hiking path buckled from too much snow and sun. Skateboarders and Mountain bikers love it. Accompanied by Robert Frost's poem, "The Road Less Traveled" Two roads diverged in a yellow wood, And sorry I could not travel both And be one traveler, long I stood And looked down one as far as I could To where it bent in the undergrowth; Then took the other, as just as fair, And having perhaps the better claim Because it was grassy and wanted wear, Though as for that the passing there Had worn them really about the same, And both that morning equally lay In leaves no step had trodden black. Oh, I kept the first for another day! Yet knowing how way leads on to way I doubted if I should ever come back. I shall be telling this with a sigh Somewhere ages and ages hence: Two roads diverged in a wood, and I, I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference.
