It's amazing how far I have gotten with Makefiles considering that the concept of targets being files went over my head for so long. Credit to the UX that you don't have to know this to get value out

can i have @11ty.dev serve a path raw? or does the default ./pages do this already? (or do it minus the front-matter?) want to host a url on an @11ty.dev dns that is just a raw javascript site. i haven't tried adding FM to /pages/ yet. that seems simplest, not sure if v3 11ty does cleaner?

did anybody make an atproto/bsky equivalent for roll-single-post-from-many? some of my nieces and nephews are not allowed to use social media so i'm trying to figure out best way to share content when i can't paste a link

i both love and hate one 11ty cms/blog/framework. whats to love? KISS/simplicity + lightweight + flexability. hate=poor-drafts/drafting. multiple times have accidentally posted drafts live bc it's our own workflow.

@daviddawkins.bsky.social feedback: i'm trying to bootstrap a landing page in sutil. on a lark i loaded all sutil source and docs into 2m context gemini (it took about 800k tokens). it's trying to build all the examples in bulma-style (a lot of your examples reference bulma i know).

"It turned out that most people could discern between true and fake news. Yet they were willing to share outrageous news regardless of whether it was true or not—a result that was in line with previous findings from Facebook and Twitter data." arstechnica.com/science/2024...
People will share misinformation that sparks “moral outrage”
People can tell it’s not true, but if they’re outraged by it, they’ll share anyway.

Something new for day 48 of my futile one-woman crusade to keep real images popping up on your feed rather than AI (in The Bad Place)

Late autumn in Clent. A little bit of atmosphere and the beech trees absolutely putting on a show! Woodland is tricky but the only way to improve is to keep at it.
