Back home now from holidays with the family. It was very nice, but I'm excited to get back to my art. I also was gifted some supplies, so that will be fun!

This is how I started out. I just drew whatever I wanted throughout middle / high school and I didn't really start on the "academic" type of fundamentals until college.
Art is not a competition, it's a very personal journey for you to explore however you want!

If only practicing the art fundamentals (and drawing nothing else) to get good doesn't work for you, don't do it.
It doesn't work for most.
Do whatever makes drawing fun enough to do it consistently and without overthinking to the point of self-sabotage.

I've been doing a lot of behind the scenes work of course, and I decided to make another logo for myself to also double as a watermark. Really happy with how it turned out! 🐺🌿
