Les pays membres du Conseil des droits de l'homme de l'ONU ont adopté ce lundi 6 octobre une résolution afin de créer un mécanisme d'enquête sur les crimes les plus graves commis en Afghanistan. Depuis août 2021 et le retour des talibans au pouvoir, les lois liberticides se sont multipliés et les femmes ont été effacés de l'espace public et la répression très forte. Ce mécanisme a pour but de faciliter les enquêtes et ensuite les condamnations.

Taliban and all perpetrators should have received the message - that they cannot commit grave abuses with impunity – they cannot silence or erase women and girls without consequence and that they will be held accountable for their abuses in Afghanistan.
