Si on prend le cas de Sébastien Raichon, il a plus de 3 heures d'avance sur ses temps de passage de 2025.

Mais il a 2h45 de retard sur ceux de 2024.

À peine 13 heures pour faire la 3ème boucle si ils veulent prolonger l'aventure. Majoritairement de jour et en sens horaire, c'est jouable.

Ils sont bien parti pour la FunRun.

21 heures de course et il n'y a plus que 8 coureurs en lice sur la boucle 2. Autant dire qu'on ne risque pas de voir de finishers cette année. La course a mangé ses petits l'un après l'autre.

Les coureurs s'élancent pour leur première vraie nuit, apparemment sous la pluie.
Un deuxième tour en sens anti-horaire, comme le premier. Et on a des temps à peu près similaires à ceux de l'année dernière ce qui n'augure pas d'une issue très positive.

Ici on va dormir un peu.

A really tough run this morning, just like Thursday. I started off really well, and again after 30-45 minutes, I felt bad. I'd had great sensations last Sunday and Tuesday. But this morning, I had a sudden exhaustion : my legs were fine (1/4)

Great news : as from September and for one year, I will have a profesional time-off (paid, 85% of my salary) to pursue a training, improve my skills, take an important exam... and to have my own schedule. At 35 years, I think it's the perfect time.

How do we say it ? Oh yes - Vive la France 😊

Well, one day is not worth the other.
As I said yesterday, the week was tough but this morning I ran as if I was on clouds.
A perfect weather, a perfect route on the coast path between road, trails and dunes (maybe 25% of the route). So nice !

After a tough weekend, it's been a bit harder on the three short (but specific) runs this week. And also a few evenings at the bar, short nights, it's not helping. But it's the holidays and the training load is decreasing. Tomorrow, 2 hours at easy pace. In 15 days, the 50 km.
