Tonight in weird cookies: harissa tahini. I like trying new and unusual combinations, especially spicy + sweet. I made a few minor alterations (instead of ras el hanout I used a mix of garam masala and pumpkin pie spice). Not bad, but spices are more subtle than expected.

Thankful to finally have Harry at home again! The vet thinks he has primary immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA) (cause unknown). It’s been a scary rollercoaster ride since he was hospitalized on Sunday morning. Continued well wishes appreciated!

My precious orange floof Harry suddenly became critically ill. We welcome your prayers and positive thoughts. He’s been hospitalized since Sunday and is receiving a second blood transfusion now, still awaiting test results. So hard!
