It’s been a while! Here’s my son with his hand knit bandana 🥰 the pattern is the Isla Shawl but I did the mosaic knitting portion wrong 😬 great scrap project though!

stopped doing short rows in the middle of the instructions because I got eepy. I am sure I will regret this tomorrow when I cant remember where I left off.

I ended up frogging my colorwork socks. They were so much fun and I was having a great time but I'm picky and I didn't love how stretched the stitches were when I actually put the socks on. I'm going to get a couple smaller needle sizes and try a 72 stitch colorwork sock. Hopefully I find a solution

update: picking up stitches based off vibes was fine. However, I bound off too tightly and now get to unpick an icelandic bind-off 😭 Might just unravel it from where I picked up the neckline and do it all again tomorrow 😔

Picked up the collar on my sweater. Picked up stitches based off vibes. Also used the wrong needle size bc my 3.25mm are MIA. So we may find out later if I need to completely redo the collar 😌

Still experimenting with colours to arrive at a yoke design that I’m happy with 🧶 I’ve used duplicate stitch in a few spots to avoid having to rip back (so some of the stitches look a bit bulky). I think I’m getting closer 😊 Painting with yarn continues…ahhh the joys of knitting!

Apple is gonna make me lose my mind with how shitty their products have gotten. I used to buy there stuff because their shit just WORKED. Now it’s like every update it gets worse. And then if you don’t update they force an update on you by making some functions useless 🤠

Planning a project that I've had in my queue for a while. Normally using a different yarn than recommended isn't difficult because I'm normally going to make things in a different color. But the Vita cardigan I've always wanted in this exact sample. So I spent 2 hours color matching last night 😌
