My ultimate goal here is to say that Musk is leading an internal insurrection against the Constitution of the United States, and anyone who collaborates with him, accommodates him, or fails to act on their authority to arrest or stop him, has violated their oath under Section 3, 14A.
In order to argue to normal people that this is a coup, we need proof. We won’t get them to actively create “we are doing crimes” evidence, so instead, we can make the lack of evidence a crime. Use their momentum against them.
