We had rain yesterday and the night before, it did nothing to slow this fire.
I read this morning, Forest Rangers have stated the fire has jumped the fire lines and they are going to most likely begin evacuating this morning.
Never seen anything like this in all the years I've lived in New York

This drought and subsequent wildfires in NY is insane. We had a Forest Ranger pass away fighting the fire to my south, and this morning all i see i is smoke and it smells terrible. I've not seen fires this bad in ny in my life
