Notable development 🇪🇺👀

While rationale of EU responses so far (in part) was avoidance of ad hoc domestic measures, in today’s comm. on ‘weaponisation’ EC itself suggests MS may invoke Treaty provisions (Art. 72 TFEU) to “go further than what is currently provided for by EU secondary legislation” 🤔
