I just got a condolences card from Waggel, Boba's pet insurance, which was all handwritten.
I'm definitely sticking with them when I get my next cat, because I noticed they also processed all of his huge vet bills ASAP when he passed away, bypassing their standard processing time.

I've decided that if I don't hear anything by 2nd January, I'll pop them an email. Because then all of the bank holidays will have passed.
So I am going to TRY not to get caught in permanent autism waiting mode 'til then.
And I'm going to try and write tomorrow.
