ironically a very similar problem from a different direction when the situation is reversed
the angel of record examining freshly transformed firefly-taur angel of corrections, bending down and lifting his abdomen to peer at the underside. "Aww, it's shaped like a little heart," they note. (This is a true firefly fact: female big dipper fireflies have bioluminescence as well as males, but it's a small patch on only one segment of their abdomen which is, indeed, a little heart-shaped.) "I-it is?" Corrections asks, and blushes, which activates all their bioluminescence organs, which are much stronger in this form. Record reels back from a surge of stark light labeled as "10,000 Lumen Blast!!"

The turning point was a messy divorce leaving me and my other partner scrambling. We have had to rely on credit cards, a roommate who is payments, no longer living with us, overtime, and a personal loan just to get by. Now, things are too much for us to handle. My partner is working damn near as much as physically possible, and I can only do so so much. am disabled, mental health and physical pain. I do art full time and don't make a lot. Credit cards, loan payments, mortgage, vet bills, car damage, medical and more. Were truly struggling.

This is the second time I have photographed one of my favorite Mycena species - this one is found on leaves and has regular water droplets along the stem for a reason which remains a mystery to me.
