I think Bon Jovi is the reason Italians get to be white people in America. If we weren't Livin' on a Prayer, we'd just be another sub-type of Latino to them. If Papa Leo keeps calling out these 'Christian' Nationalists on their bullshit though, we might have our membership to the club revoked.

Non-Battletech post: apparently it was the 30th anniversary of Ghost in the Shell (although I watched it on a crusty old vhs tape later) and it remains one of the most beautiful and influential sci-fi aesthetics of all time. Every single frame is a work of sci-fi art.
