In this Insights piece, I discuss the recent study by Sun et al. from the Gardner lab, which advances our understanding of RORγt⁺ APCs involved in pTreg induction. I also briefly overview current knowledge and future directions in this rapidly growing field. Grateful to JEM for the opportunity.
