1000's arrested on little evidence, remanded no basic rights, trials weighted against the defendant - the way legal aid is calc. In this areas? You are in danger of malicious prosecution to fill private unregulated prisons & promote authoritarian agenda

Look to a private woman's prison. UK. A large number of inmates disabled, most mentally , a fair few physically. Little no healthcare, medication regularly withheld, suffering made fun of. Autistic woman bangs her head each night, wouldn't leave cell, so doesn't get fed.

Prison is a very unsafe place for women.
