Our CEO Moazzam Malik spoke to @yaldahakim.bsky.social at @news.sky.com about the deadly militarised aid distribution system in Gaza and how the UK Government has become an ally to Israel's atrocities.

It’s heartbreaking that more than one in three babies in Scotland aren’t being given an equal chance to thrive because their families are struggling to make ends meet.

We are failing the very youngest members of our society. We must do better for babies.
Child poverty is on the rise for struggling Scots families who have welcomed a new baby into the world.

The increase for homes where the youngest child is under one contrasts with a fall in poverty for other groups.

The Scottish Parliament is debating the role of education in tackling child poverty this afternoon. No child's educational outcomes should be determined by their family's income. We cannot meaningfully tackle the attainment gap without driving down child poverty rates.

Child poverty rates in Scotland remain too high with 1 in 4 children being held back from reaching their full potential 💔

This is despite welcome progress that has been made through important initiatives like the introduction of the #SCP
