Hi everyone! I have something a little personal to share - I am on strike from my day job, which means I'm not getting paid. Work has become increasingly unsafe and stressful since COVID, and I've only had a 6% salary increase since 2012, which doesn't reflect the reality of the job anymore. (1/2)
