Everyone is all doom and gloom. We are top of prem and champions league comfortably in a transition season and alot of noise around players at the club at the minute but it's all noise and we are ahead of schedule with the safety net of 6 points and a game in hand. Just chill and trust the process

I agree to a degree but the he doesn't have the physicality for the more advanced midfield in our team and it's not so much his strength and size its his lack of speed can't have him and macca in same midfield

He seemed to be holding his chest and van dijk gestured to his own chest to the ref and pointed at quansah after so I presumed it's his chest but seen a few people saying ankle but I didn't see that or him limping as he left the pitch

Last 10-15 of the half we sorted the defense and progressing into the final third issues out but that final ball still lacking front 3+jones seem to be playing like strangers when it gets up there. Tbf gakpo has been bright but there's zero chemistry in advanced positions

After seeing it again he seems like he's out before his shoulder hits floor. From my unqualified eyes its looks like maybe he's over twisted his neck as he's tried to make contact with the ball but either way I hope he's ok

He went for diving header and seemed like as he's flicked his head left to head the ball his right shoulder hits the floor seeming slamming his head straight into the floor it looks horrible tbh

He's ridiculous 37 goal involvements in 26 appearances and the 2 carabao cup appearances total to 50 mins played and only 1 goal no assists where in those 2 games

Another goal and assist for mo in the first half. The form he's in is absolutely ridiculous. Just the 20 goals and 16 assists in all comps so far. How can anyone look at that and not offer him a new deal. I know we say it every week but give him the fucking contract already

His loyalty has shifted to his new his bosses because they stuck with him after spitting at a fan and his child when they could easily have ended his punditry career in that moment so I don't blame him. It's his job to create headlines and talking points and that's all he's doing

Crazy to think we can say that was a brilliant performance and we won comfortably after conceding 3. Dom was sensational best performance in a reds shirt from him and he can still improve. No one had a bad game. If joe keeps playing like that konate is going to have to fight for that starting spot

Although Kelleher has been amazing that doesn't change the fact that he made a huge mistake that Ali wouldn't have made. I'm not shit talking him or saying he should never play again just pointing out that Ali is on another level and should be put straight back in as soon as he's fit

If Southampton go down he's good enough to be in any bottom half team and I could even see him doing well in rotation at a team like villa. A year playing every week in championship wouldn't do him any harm either though. I think he will be fine as long as he doesn't go somewhere he never plays
