Talvez seja boa altura para, sobretudo a malta que não fez o seguro da casa através da banca, olharem para as apólices de seguro e certificarem-se de que não têm apenas as coberturas obrigatórias (Incêndio, Queda de Raio e Explosão), mas antes uma apólice multirriscos que cubra catástrofes naturais.
