Yeah this is why I tell people to polish their cover copy (the book summary you see in the product description) within a centimeter of its life.
I may have missed a reply or two but this is the gist of what I could gather from replies and qts! (Yes, I was bored, could you tell?). I disregarded "demographic/genre" as an answer because I wanted the graph to be useful to all genres/authors. I figured demographic/genre is a given.

I shouldn't be upset considering i'm only now playing after years of abscence, but I really miss neohomes, even the 1.0 version. It helped to have a sense of place in neopia, with a home base to "return" to. Making sure my pets had chill digs was a massive part of the charm for younger me

We only present a project for crowdfunding when the game design/text is 95% complete and we don't like to introduce roadblocks that will impede our ability to deliver as quickly as we can while maintaining our high standard of quality. This is the best way we've found to also offer stretch goals.
I REALLY like this policy, from the latest @evilhat.bsky.social Blades '68 update:
"(And remember: We produce stretch goals on their own separate timeline. They will not slow down our ability to turn the book over to the printer and they will not extend our delivery date in any way.)"
