Hansry, and #kdc2 in general inspired me to try so many things I just never thought I could.

BOOMERS REMEMBER THE SIX DAY WAR AND THE YOM KIPPUR WAR, TWO CONFLICTS THAT WERE A REAL THREAT TO ISRAEL'S EXISTENCE. MILLENNIALS REMEMBER THE 2ND INTIFADA, IN WHICH HUNDREDS OF ISRAELIS WERE MURDERED BY TERRORISTS. MANY OF US REMEMBER PRIME MINISTER YITZHAK RABIN'S ASSASSINATION. BUT GEN Z ONLY KNOWS AN ISRAEL WITH AN ENTRENCHED RIGHT WING GOVERNMENT MORE INTERESTED IN UPHOLDING AN UNJUST STATUS QUO THAN ACHIEVING TRUE PEACE. GAZA HAS BEEN UNDER BLOCKADE SINCE 2006. THE OCCUPATION OF THE WEST BANK STARTED DECADES BEFORE THAT. THEY'VE ONLY KNOWN AN ISRAEL AT ODDS WITH THEIR BASIC MORALS.
