I am liking the Pitt a lot for many reasons, but I also unfortunately think it is a show that thinks writing female characters must face ludicrously exaggerated consequences relative to the ones male characters face to prove “women can be bad too.” Hallmark handwringing post-MeToo writing.

When someone is like “oh I learned to 3d model for this project! I used a DL file as a base and heavily modified it” and what they did was… rescale it. Ok!!! Everyone starts somewhere but when it’s presented to the world that way it grossly understates how much work was actually mine.

I love when I’m in an elevator and it’s full and it opens to a floor and some man stands in the doorway waiting for everyone to crunch in and then when no one does he just pushes and squeezes. It’s so great I love human sardines with strangers bc some dude doesn’t want to wait for the next one.

My parents love The Pitt and showed me an ep from S2 and now I’m watching it from the start and it’s like… made in a lab to cause them psychic damage. Unsurprising that they love it. (It’s also pretty damn good.)
