I guess I need to check my exposure to the S&P500 as 40% is the big 5,8,10 whatever who are in the AI circle jerk.
Note, your pension probably includes an index fund exposed to the S&P 500 as it usually gives good growth it's just now concentrated growth.

I tried giving Trigger Point a go but I couldn't get into it. While on paper it has everything I should like I think I've learned the crucible of the "bomb squad" and the drama of each disposal doesn't work for me.
It's sort of a it should be interesting and tense but it isn't situation.
