Preparation is important in the run up to #Thanksgiving. Today I timed how long it takes the oven to reach 350 with an #OXO thermometer, pre-hauled extra chairs from the basement, and started writing a schedule for the #kitchen. We're not really making a big deal of it this year #cooking
