As a Scot, travelling through Sighthill today, I couldn't help notcing the many saltires strung up on flag poles. And my immediate reaction was "Well thats suspect."
We aren't America, we don't need to wave flags to be patriotic. Hell, that kinda thing here just comes across as fakery, posing.

Completed Clair Obscur. Lot of thoughts about this one. The overarching theme of the game hits hard when you recognise what it is as well. I fully expect this to win GOTY from most outlets, this isn't something we get often and it should be celebrated.

Sometimes I worry what it says about me that any game that lets me fight, beat the shit out of, and defeat a pope instantly gets rated higher. Assassins Creed 2, and a hell of a lot of JRPGs, for example.
