I think Minnesota has an uphill climb in this lawsuit, but if they have a leg to stand on, it's because of the ransom note from Pam Bondi. "You must bend to the will of the federal government" feels like it *might* fit the anti-commandeering aspect of 10A.

Looks like the guy who murdered him had a clear view of his empty holster.
The Washington Post published a clear video of federal agents removing Alex Pretti's handgun moments before he was fatally shot. There's nothing in the video to suggest Pretti even reached for his weapon.

IMHO: at this point, I would welcome back the Bush administration. JFC this country will be in another civil war before the mid-terms (which is probably part of Miller's long-range plan) in order to not have elections! Are my instincts wrong? Boy I wish.
