It's how the ambiance tracks take are more present in the remake: the game is hardly allowed to be as quiet as the original experience-- then the way the battle theme smash cuts into the ambiance instead of the game engine loading the song in and causing this very particular stutter harms the vibe.
It's terrible when I have opinions on things like the OFF Remake's soundtrack revisions because I have to wait for everyone annoying to move on from it. Expect me to come back to this thought in roughly 6 months.
