😭was anxious the whole day thinking about giving myself my T shots cuz I used to do gel packs and decided to switch to syringe due to money reasons... Even prep on the possible pain by poking a pen on my stomach 🥴🥴 turns out the actual thing didn't hurt at all I was anxious for nothing!!

Ok Hmm ... Finally started my ADHD medication and I'm not sure if there's any difference yet besides the suppress appetite side effect
I do notice the many thoughts & bg mind noise seem quieter now 😳 fragments of music still play in my head but I def feel my mind isn't jumping everywhere today
