- Don’t expect too much of yourself or of your staff.
- Remember that not all the children will have had a lovely Christmas.
- Plan a treat for the coming weekend. You will deserve it.

Through my teaching career, I was always the IT guy. I never managed to shake that, even as a headteacher. I was always open to new tech, but AI, at least in the primary classroom, worries me.
