It’s a Friday. Why do few trick or treaters?

How dare this video game make me decide between two minor characters that I’ve become overly emotionally invested in.

I was talking to a friend about Final Fantasy and he said the second Dissidia was his favorite.

I don’t have many hills to die on but there is clearly collection of valid FF games that are allowed to be someone’s number one but I will not stand a Dissidia being amongst them.

Got asked to send a postcard to a relative, and even though I haven’t touched a paintbrush in over twenty years and have practically no experience watercoloring, I tried to do something special.

I tried the technique of unifying color by having the same undertone. I think it worked?

Please sent heartfelt wishes to the 200 pumpkins outside of Safeway.

We’re sitting in mid-90s weather for the next two weeks and I fear they won’t make it until Halloween.

I live in an area where it’s still going to be in the 70s by the time Thanksgiving comes around, but I’ve never understood why no one turns on the grill during the colder seasons.

I get why in places where it does snow and rain, but I don’t get why they don’t here.

Because it is the sacred day of cats, I will be burying my nose into my new ttrpg book.

Recovery from my surgery has devolved to singing “hysterectomy” over and over again to the tune of “Somebody you used to know” / “Anxiety.”

When my long-distance friends and I discovered we all take out our garbage on Thursday, we formed the Thursday Night Trash Crew. This is the day we do a splurge of cleaning around the house.

It’s really helped me because my headset is wireless, and I can be mirroring clean up with someone else.

My foster kitten is all healed up and ready to go. I’m going to miss Napoleon. He’s the only long haired kitten in the bunch. At five months, he weights 8.5 lbs and is larger than his short-haired mother.

Genetics is a crazy thing.

I took an intro to Java course online and during introductions I lied and said I was a middle aged woman looked to enter a new field. I lied. I just want to make video games.

I’m a day late to national kitten day but i still want to share.

Hey, it’s 1030 at night right now in Northern California, near Sacramento, and I just saw a rocket (maybe) flying I think southward. Anyone know anything about that?

I looked it up, I know that the posts are supposed to be called skeets, but I’m part of an older generation and that word means something different to me so I’m just gonna keep calling the squeaks.

Today was one of those severe mental trauma days and I just have to keep reminding myself that I’m already diagnosed with PTSD and scars can’t build up on scars.

Everyday has its trials, even if it’s spending a year trying to book an optometry appointment because they only book one month in advance but won’t tell you when the booking day starts. I’m so blind. I’d ask someone to send help but I won’t see it coming.

I grew up in a situation where I wasn't allowed to speak about my interests or opinions, which resulted in me never learning how to talk to people or use social media. I literally have no idea how to function here.

What's the cost of a free cat? Over $2500. $350 for the initial neuter and vaccines and over $2000 to remove a tumor from his shoulder. Apparently vaccines give Sam super tumors and he almost lost a leg. It grew to double the size of a pea within a week of the injection but was safely removed.

I've never taken in an animal who didn't have an unexpected cost of a couple hundred dollars the first year I had them. This is why pets can make for terrible gifts. They are a several year financial and emotional commitment. I should go over costs of free pets at some point. They are not that free.
