The 'i think they're secretly gay' or 'i think they're actually trans' is never an okay point to make.
It's no different to far right media saying the same thing.

I did a thread aimed at rl friends of mine on facebook (i'm old okay!) asking them for their examples of positive, healthy masculinity, with the caveat that celebrities might well be milkshake duck'd.

As of 7/11/23, there is precedent recognizing that racist trolling and harassment that crosses over into real-world contact is a source of VERY real tort liability
