I finished BUSINESS CASUAL and oh my god, it was my favorite in the series. I've loved all the other books, but something about Charlie and Nova sunk in deep. What a way to end this wonderful quartet, though I'm going to miss it terribly!

One of my favorite silly and small moments of the Olympics has been in the CHN vs. USA women's beach volleyball match where, after Call Me Maybe was cut off just after the bridge, everyone in the stadium continued to sing the chorus as the next play got started. 😂

I scored a couple Buy-It-Now items in the beginning, because I just knew how the auction would go for me. Everything ends up too high for me to bid. 😭 Stoked to see how much total money will be raised, and I can't wait to contribute!

I'm finally, *finally* starting the first half of Bridgerton season 3, and though I haven't been too excited about Colin as the lead, all the interviews I've seen with Luke and Nicola have kind of been changing my mind! I can't wait to dive in, especially to see my faves again. 😌

I think I finally figured out why I've been so stalled on this fantasy romance, and it's because I just don't like the current storyline. It won't be a huge undertaking to replace, and I'm definitely far more excited about this new direction, and now I feel like I can truly WORK on it again.

I used my free trial for Prime so I could watch The Idea of You (really enjoyed it, and Anne Hathaway is so HOT), but I didn't realize how many other movies they've got that I've desperately been wanting to see, so I know what I'm doing this weekend! Bottoms is up next. FINALLY.

I'm still hoping to finish my fantasy romance this year, but I started dusting off this small-town slightly magical romance series that follows different characters, and I'm having so much fun again. I really want to get at least one of them done this year too, so I can begin self-pubbing in '25.

Since I've supported their books in the past, I wanted to say that I absolutely believe the victims and the allegations against FM and won't be doing so moving forward!

I love how many new people have discovered Love in the Wild now that Netflix acquired it. I watched that when it was first released, and I liked it a lot! I also just found out that two couples did end up falling in love and are still together to this day. I'm such a romantic, it makes me happy. 😍

I had no idea MORBIDLY YOURS had been snatched up by trad publishing, and I think it was only weeks ago when I said to myself that I should borrow it from KU before it's gone (because I was sure it would be), and now it's too late. SO SAD (hopefully the wait from the library won't be too bad).
