So, if your kid ends up at the ER with a broken arm you would need to negotiate with the hospital, the ER doc, radiology, the radiologist and the orthopedic surgeon who comes to consult. If the kids needs the OR, you will negotiate the anesthesiologist and OR time. in advance for the best rate. Sure
